Number of Foreclosed Properties.  These data present the number of housing units with foreclosure filings in a given year.  In addition, you may view these data as a foreclosure rate (i.e., as a percentage of all residential units) for a given year.  These 2007 and 2008 data are collected by RealtyTrac.  Data for 2006 was computed by CSSP based on percentage change listed by RealtyTrac.
